Standard Shipping – £12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Boy’s FINA Approved Jammers
  • Female Competition Swimwear
  • Girl’s Competition Swimwear
  • Male Competition Swimwear
  • Children’s Swim Caps

Exceptions are made for faulty items or incorrect shipments.

2. Receive Instructions

We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Package Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Ship Your Return

Exchanges Process

Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item and size. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.

Refund Information

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
